Why ADCA Participates in Clinical Trials

In our view, Clinical Trials allow us to offer the newest, most promising therapies to our patients before they are released to the general public. We select studies that we believe have the potential to benefit our patients and contribute to the advancement of medical science. We frequently participate in trials for treatment of common heart problems. If you have a heart problem and would like to be placed in our Registry for Clinical Trial Candidates, please call the Research Department in our Aurora office at 303-597-4242 or the Denver office at 303-839-7789. Leave your name, day time phone number and brief information about your heart problem. Your name and information will not be given to any other entity.

ADCA is currently enrolling patients with the following heart problems in studies with new medications or new devices (defibrillator, pacemaker or heart artery stent):

Obesity in cardiac patients

Congestive heart failure (CHF)

Stable angina

Atrial fibrillation requiring blood thinner (Coumadin or Warfarin)

Blockage in heart artery

Pacemaker or defibrillator needed in patients with other heart rhythm problems (atrial fibrillation)
